The organisation wanted to find a way to create cross organizational cooperation where communication, knowledge and networks were critical for success. Primed produced this animation to show the journey of change that people in the organisation were asked to undertake. The animation was presented at a conference alongside a visual foldout incorporating the key theme.

This film was written and produced by Primed for the Talking Performance Project at the State Services Authority in Victoria. This video was one of a series of five videos from Primed to support performance conversations in the Victorian public sector. It is fully customised, integrating client context, scripted drama, tools and processes.

Primed developed an induction video for frontline community service workers. As a result, new employees gained a broader understanding of the needs of their client group. The video uses a black background and on screen graphics to highlight the key themes in the interaction between worker and client. 

And just for fun....Oh to be so mobilised! A beautiful combination of Daniel Pink’s “Drive” elements – autonomy, mastery and purpose!

Primed created this animation for the University of Newcastle to support the launch of their new Code Of Conduct. The purpose was to connect staff and students with the intent and meaning of the Code, engage understanding of the values, and have some fun! We also composed a mini cantata on the values for the fabulous University Choir.
